- Kawisrejo Overpass Bridge aims at connecting between Kawisrejo Village and Sadengrejo Village which is separated by Gempol Highway in Pasuruan, exactly STA 28+036. The establishment of Kawisrejo Overpass Bridge consists of several parts, namely upper and lower structures. The lower structure covers abutment, pillar, and pile cap foundation. Based on the calculation of abutment load A1 caused by the upper structure of the bridge, load analysis of ΣV = 162.567 tons and ΣH = 93.664 tons. The dimension of abutment A1 with the height = 3.50 meters and width = 2.45 meters. The reinforcements used are D25 – 150 and D12 – 200. The diameter of the pile cap at abutment A1 is 0.40 meters with a depth of 22 meters when the total number of pile cap is 12. The load received by pillar P1 caused by the upper structure of the bridge, load analysis of ΣV = 505.094 tons, ΣHx = 285.465 tons, and ΣHy = 101.444 tons. The dimension of pillar P1 with the height = 10.45 meters and width = 6.50 meters. The reinforcements used are D-25 – 125, D12 – 150, 2D25 -50, D16 – 200, D25 – 75, D16 – 200, and D10 – 250. The diameter of the pile cap at pillar P1 is 0.50 meters with a depth of 18 meters when the total number of pile cap is 24.
