Innovative behavior is the behavior of individuals in thinking about applying new ideas that are useful for improving the quality of their work. Subjects in this study are taken using incidental sampling techniques. Data analysis in this study uses simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a influence on counterproductive work behavior on innovative behavior with a p value of 0.003 <0.05, R2 of 0.078 and the value of B was -0.142 which means that there was a negative influence counterproductive work behavior towards innovative behavior.
