Daftar Isi:
- Infotech (I-Lab) is a website laboratory, under informatics engineering department, as a practical and experimental based education center which is used by students in research services and technical consultations of software such as animation design, graphic design and those in administrative purposes. This website provides some features in order to observe and manage biodata information, download modules, upload assignment files, take a look of grades, select the class to be admitted, observe the report of rule infraction and give comments or suggestions. Therefore, Infotech (I-Lab) could fulfil the student’s need in performing all practical projects in effective and efficient way. This paper aimed to measure the usability percentages of Infotech (I-Lab) website and the relation between independent variables (usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning) and dependent variable (satisfaction) simultaneously and partially using modified USE questionnaire. Data collection involved 220 respondents which as Infotech (I-Lab) user from class 2016 and 2017. The result shows that the percentage of usability is about 74,842 which mean Infotech (I-Lab) has “suitable” grade. Moreover, the result of simultaneously verification revealed that independent variables (usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning) have significant effect to dependent variable (satisfaction), then it is also found a significant value in partially verification between independent variables (usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning) and dependent variable (satisfaction).
