- Accreditation is a form of quality and feasibility assessment of higher education institutions conducted by organizations outside of universities. Accreditation is one indicator to measure the quality of a college. One of the ways to get good accreditation is a dashboard system is needed to monitor and help a college to face the accreditation process. The purpose of this study is to create system dashboard monitoring accreditation standar three at Muhammadiyah Malang University. The making of a standard three accreditation monitoring system using the programming language PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CodeIgniter (CI) and MySQL as the database. This system was developed using the Scrum method. In this system there are three user levels, program study level, faculty level, and university level. At the program study level there are three standard file upload features, see three standard forms, and see standard three information accreditation obtained at the level of program study. At the faculty level it has the feature to see three standard forms in each study program, and can see the information accreditation standar three obtained in the faculty and also standard three accreditation information in each program study. At the university level it has features to see forms in each study program, three standard accreditation information at the university level, faculty and study programs. The system created will be tested using the blackbox testing and UAT methods.
