- Background: The increasing number of elderly people raises problems in terms of health and well-being which cover physical, mental and social aspects. Elderly people tend to experience a decrease in physiological and cognitive functions that make the elderly worry, fear and stress in their situation. In this case, anxiety can be overcome by religious beliefs, because it can fullfill some of the psychological needs of elderly in terms of facing death, discovering and maintaining valuable feelings, and the importance of accepting shortcomings in elderly live, in terms of increase religious values. The purpose of this research is to know the relations between the spiritual level and anxiety of facing death in elderly at Tresna Werdha Social Service, Blitar. Research Methods: This research using correlational deskirptive method with a Cross-Sectional approach. The study was conducted in August 2018 at Tresna Werdha Social Services, Blitar. The statistical test using Spearman Rank to analyze the relationship between the two variables. By using Purposive Sampling techniques, obtained 34 respondents from 55 elderly who exist. Results: The results showed that the sig (2-tailed) value showed 0,000 <0.05. Which meas that, there was a significant relationship between the Spiritual Level and the Anxiety Level of Facing Death. Conclusion: The lower of the spiritual level can increase the anxiety level of facing death.
