  • The purpose of this study is to describe Product Quality, Price and Customer Satisfaction, as well as to test the effect of Product Quality, Price to Customer Satisfaction simultaneously and test the effect of Product Quality, Price to Customer Satisfaction partially. The population in this study are all Student University of Malang as many as 150 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The analysis tool used is a range of scales and multiple linear regression. Results from a range of scales showed that in the category of Customer Satisfaction satisfied, Quality Product in the category of quality, Price in the category of affordable. Product Quality and Price simultaneously positive and significant impact on the Customer Satisfaction as well as Product Quality and Price partially positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction.
