- Productivity is an essential factor in determining the success of construction work. The key factor of the implementation of construction work is an individual ability. The faster a person completes the job, the higher of productivity he has. One of the main factors in affecting productivity is work method. The methods used in this research are Time and Motion Study. The variables consist of age, salary, work group composition, and education level. The average score of those variables is called by multiple determination coefficients. Each variable has certain value, such as column reinforcement job is 80.2 percent, Beam reinforcement job is 82.7 percent, and floor plate reinforcement job is 83.6 percent. However, each variable has dominant role towards productivity, to name work group composition (towards column reinforcement) is about 0.791; salary with beta value (towards beam reinforcement) is about 0.668; and salary with beta value (towards floor plate reinforcement) is about 0.672.
