- Prime Park Hotel & Convention Mataram is one of tourist attractions located at Jalan Udayana No. 16 Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara. This site is functioned as the accommodation facility for tourists. The site is built on the area of 6,093 m2 and the total height reaches 44.6 m. The load calculation for the building was by ETABS program referring to SNI 1727-2013 on the minimum loading for building structure, and SNI 1726-2012 on the earthquake resistance management for building and non-building structure. The analysis and calculation on loading resulted in the total building load reacted 513975.58 N. The building foundation is planned to use raft-pile foundation. The shape of raft foundation is following the basement floor with the area of 3628.25 m2 and width of 1.50 m. The raft foundation construction was planned to use a 35 Mpa concrete, and concrete reinforcement for longitudinal and transverse directions at the top and bottom was planned to use D25-100. The pile that uses are produced by PT. Adhi Persada Beton with the diameter of 0.60 m, penetration depth of 9.0 m, and the number of piles of 123 pieces. The total bearing capacity of foundation was 866737.85 kN, consisting of bearing capacity of raft foundation = 818968.59 kN and bearing capacity of groups pile = 47769.26 kN. The total settlement of foundation was 28 cm ≤ maximum permit settlement 28.67 m.
