  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of advertising and product quality on customer satisfaction of poor sultan fried rice kebabs. This study uses a scale range analysis of 100 respondents who have been determined using purposive sampling technique as a sampling method using a questionnaire for data collection. The results of the study reveal that advertising has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction from the probability value of 0.000 <0.05 and product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction from the probability value Sig 0.000 <0.05.
