- The existence of the abundant fruits of the Junk has a great potential as a source of raw material for the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizer. In addition, waste utilization technology of fruit skin is also a lot of benefits i.e. (slurry) water lindinya used as organic fertilizer and liquid ampasnya digunakaan as a growth medium. This research aims to assess the influence and difference of nutrient elements are contained in each fruit leather wastes used against three varieties of mustard plant so it could support good growth. This research was conducted at children's Education (TAMESIA) Agrotechnology and Biotechnology Laboratory University of Muhammadiyah Malang, funded for 3 months starting from October to December 2018 2018 using the basic design of the RAK organized in compartments divided (split plot RAK), the main plot three varieties of mustard plant, the son of a swath that is sort of a fertilizer made of waste: P0 rind without fertilizers (control), P1: POC skin fruit banana, P2: POC skin apples, P3: POC skin of citrus fruits. Process data analysis done with test F to figure out interaction and influence of each treatment. Later in the test BNJ to distinguish the effects of each treatment. Based on the results of the study are obtained that treatment plants of Chinese cabbage varieties and fertilizers showed the existence of very real interaction on a high chlorophyll plants, leaves, plants, the wet weight of the dry weight of the plant, While the amount of heavy wet leaves, roots, root dry weight showed does happen the interaction between plant varieties of Chinese cabbage by administering liquid organic fertilizer. Laboratory test results show there is a difference between nutrient elements are contained in each fruit leather wastes used. The giving of liquid organic fertilizer effect on parameters of chlorophyll of leaves, wet weight of the dry weight of the plant and the plant.
