- This study aims to determine leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment and find out the influence of leadership and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The respondents of this study were 36 permanent employees of the TaniBahagiaGondang KUD. Sampling is done by the total sampling technique. Respondents are employees who have worked for companies with more than 4-18 years of service working in the PC division (Push Cutter) having workers of 26 workers and in the GL division (Milling) having workers of 10 workers. Data collected using questionnaires with Likert scale variable measurement techniques. Data analysis methods are scale range analysis tools, and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the regression results showed that leadership did not significantly influence organizational commitment, job satisfaction did not significantly influence organizational commitment. So it can be concluded that leadership and job satisfaction do not significantly influence organizational commitment at the KUD TaniBahagiaGondang.
