- Online media coverage is also influenced by certain ideologies or government power. This can be seen from the formation of framing carried out by the media. Especially when it comes to power politics or cases that touch politics, such as the cancellation of Munir's TPF documents. This research was conducted to illustrate how framing was formed by CNNIndonesia.com and Kompas.com in reporting cases of cancellation of the publication of Munir's TPF documents. This study uses the framing analysis method of Pan and Kosicki models. The results of this study show that the framing on the CNNIndonesia.com media illustrates the cancellation of the publication of the Munir TPF document by the state as a repressive act against Munir (which represents the interests of the oppressed people), while the framing carried out by Kompas.com described the incident as supporting actions fair law for this matter.
