  • The existence of CISC Gresik supporters is one of the important groups that must be present in a football match, especially Chelsea FC so that it does not feel bland for lovers of this Club Chelsea FC. The number of followers of Gresik's Chelsea Indonesia Supporters Club (CISC) has also resulted in the emergence of several problems such as coordination and dissemination of information among fellow Gresik Chelsea Indonesia Supporters Club (CISC) groups where the difficulty is communication because most members are busy with their respective activities so most communication is only through social media. To answer the formulation of the problem that has been raised about communication patterns researchers use a communication pattern theory approach that has been described by Joseph A. Devito there are five flow patterns in communication patterns namely wheel patterns, circle patterns, Y patterns, chain patterns and patterns of all channels. The research method used is network analysis with the research approach used is qualitative with the type of descriptive type of research, data collection techniques using observation, interviews and also direct documentation to the subject using purposive sampling technique and snowball sampling with fifteen subjects. Then the data obtained is presented with sociometry and sociogram. From the results of research on communication patterns within the Gresik Chelsea Indonesia Supporters Club (CISC) support group there is a communication pattern that shows the existence of several roles for each member. Besides that the communication pattern formed is two clicks in the Gresik Chelsea Indonesia Supporter Club (CISC) group network, namely the Y pattern on the first click and the Wheel pattern on the second click. The results of the study are based on the draft interview which is then entered into a table matrix and communication patterns are formed. The researcher concluded that the factor of the formation of a communication pattern was the frequent use of group members routinely and the active use of social media that they used as a communication tool for fellow members.
