- This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and performance on job satisfaction as a mediator and the effect of stress on satisfaction with Islam work ethics as a moderator. This research was conducted at SPM Pamekasan Islamic Bank. The sampling technique used is total sampling with Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) data analysis. The results of this study indicate work stress has an effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediator and work stress has an effect on job satisfaction with Islam work ethics as a moderator.
