- Background: Sports is one of the activities that physical fitness can improve. There are lots of sports, one of which is in basketball. Agility training is a component that is very suitable for physical training, which uses speed. Exercises that can be used to plyometrik depth jump with dynamic stretching. Purpose : To determine the effect of a combination of Plyometrik exercises depth jump with dynamic stretching on increasing the agility on basketball players FIKES UMM. Methodology : This study used the One Group Pretest and Posttest research design with 31 samples taken using purposive sampling technique using the Ilinois Test instrument. Results : Identification results for agility obtained Sig.0.000 or P <0.05 with t 4,112 Conclusion : There is a combination effect of depth jump Plyometrik training with dynamic stretching on increasing agility on basketball players FIKES UMM.
