- Right now on demokration the information in society become more important. Information become a medium of life that big quantity pass through to every house for free. Now on society can enjoy information in great quantities. This is the result a lot of, and many kind medium information and communication industry, from printing until electronic that offering news an other program. Mass media are a medium message that have function to give information for large society. For one cnannel message perform the function to giving information some event in accordance with proporsionil.Mass media can become institute that can form opinion and perception. This about a lot of common society of people will consider a message without analyze news contents axamine carefully. Now character of media on case Golkar association, that was prudent operate setting agenda of mass media just as political association importance. With function, media can choice incident-incident that will be headline of news. Mass media always give agenda-agenda throught a news, common society will follow it. Media with technical importance, idealism and pragmatism choice well kept and distribution for public when the news are important. The mass media have not power, but this institution always be related to country power and mass industrialist because of continuity consumption media. On political conteks communication, mass media become her self as medium political message until in fact the power and continuesly influence production and distribution from mass media, because on development at now in mass media a lot of use as interesting medium of message . Research about Activist IMM FISIP Perseption About Broken Up On Golkar Association at Television (Study at Leadership of Daily An College of Muhammadiyah Assosiation Office of the Comminisioner Faculty of Social and Political Science Department) have a purpose to knowing how IMM FISIP perception about broken up on Golkar Association news at Television. This research used descriptive research with qualitative approachment. Data accumulation technic are used interview, observation, and documentation. Based on research that did about 6 (six) people Leadership of Daily An College of Muhammadiyah Assosiation Office of the Comminisioner Faculty of Social and Political Science Department is have research result indeed that IMM FISIP activist perception about broken up on Golkar Association are same. It mean from 6 people that become respondent are 5 people perception about a news is not balance and overdo, beside that respondent see from station TV track record, and 1 respondent percention about a news was balance from two side and neutral. Responden preference are having self assessment about broken up on Golkar association case. The preference perception respondent about broken up on Golkar association are quality of news can value with self defence because some case of news on other television is more objective reputed. From this research, at least that case maybe influence of education factor and respondent experience. But on the middle, news about broken up on Golkar association just enough to seeing political side, tv station TvOne and MetroTv become the most critically media. IMM FISIP activist perception about broken up on Golkar association news on television preference seen will can accurate if information are get from neutral tv station. Respondent also see that a news about broken up on Golkar association on television become the sexy things for their that was compare a news.
