  • The purpose of this research is to describe job satisfaction, turnover intention, and organizational commitment, to test and analyze significant influence of job satisfaction toward intention turnover and organizational commitment in moderating significant influence of job satisfaction toward turnover intention. Population in this research is all employees of CS (Customer Service), teller, and marketing amount to 30 employees. Analyzer to know employee satisfaction level, turnover intention, and organizational commitment is scale scale analysis. Simple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention. Moderated Regression Analysis to determine the significant effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention moderated by organizational commitment. The results showed that job satisfaction is in sufficient category (average score 97,2), turnover intention enough category (average score 93,75) and organizational commitment enough category (average score 102). The result of the analysis can be known that job satisfaction has significant effect to turnover intention. Organizational commitment moderates the significant effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention.
