- Criminal acts of sexual abuse constitute criminal offenses that go into crime against illiteracy. Where in this act of sexual abuse acts only occur on adults but also experienced by Children. They are who are victims of acts of sexual abuse often experience disturbances in themselves, both physically and non-physically that occur as a result of these events. Because children are the successors of a nation that has many goals and things they want to do when they are adults, but their future is damaged by irresponsible person. In writing this final assignment the author discusses about "Criminological and Victimological Crimes of sexual abuse against children (Study in Paser police)". This is due to the importance of legal protection for children on legal issues. This study also aims to find out about the factors of the occurrence of criminal acts of sexual abuse, police efforts to reduce the occurrence of criminal acts of sexual abuse and legal protection provided by the police to children as victims of sexual abuse. The author places research in the legal realm of the Resort Police District of Paser Regency, East Kalimantan, which uses the method used is interview so that the expected results are gathered and conclusions are over the problem.
