  • Establishing a broadcasting station such as Radio means it must have a sense of belonging to society culture from broadcasting location. Program packages that have social, cultural, tourism, economic, educational and news material become a necessity for all academics in an effort to optimize the media functions applied by the media, in this context UMM FM, Simfoni FM UIN and Sevenline FM UB in Malang. This research has a purpose to find out how the implementation of the production management that UMM FM, Simfoni FM UIN, and Sevenline FM UB. In this research, authors used a descriptive qualitative methods to explain the production management of campus radio broadcasting in Malang including UMM FM, Simfoni FM UIN, dan Sevenline FM UB. Based on the results of data processing and analysis conducted by authors it can be concluded that, UMM FM, Simfoni FM UIN, and Sevenline FM UB have conducted broadcast management processes with corresponding structures according to the Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling processes. These three radios, even though broadcast technically still follow the conventional radio style, but they try to create a distinctive feature of each campus radio by making content needed by academics.
