  • In this era of rapid information and globalization, communication media has undergone significant and significant changes. The most popular form of communication services through internet media is Youtube social media. Let Me In Korea is a program on Youtube that carries the theme of make over through plastic surgery procedures in South Korea. This study aims to determine the various kinds of meanings of students of Communication Sciences University of Muhammadiyah Malang in 2014. This study uses a qualitative approach while the type of research used is descriptive and the basis of research is reception studies. Data obtained by using interview techniques and documentation, while the selection of research subjects using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana models. Based on the results of the study showed that the meaning of the audience about the Let Me In Korea program can be perceived by the audience. There are three main positions of the audience for the reception delivered in the Let Me In Korea program, namely the position of dominant hegemony, negotiating position and opposition position. The difference in position shows that the knowledge, understanding and meaning of each audience will influence the reception process delivered at the Let Me In Korea event. Therefore, the message delivered can lead to different receptions among the audience.
