  • The establishment of the Colorful Jodipan Tourism Village originated from the success of community initiation. The management is carried out under the direct control of the community by involving the private sector as supporters and the government as a facilitator. As a tourist village whose management has a community-based concept, active community participation is needed. However, the management is inseparable from the existence of problems such as the low quality of human resources and the lack of support in the form of budget from the Malang City Government. In this study using a descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and other documents by trying to describe how the Co-Production is formed between stakeholders in order to manage the Colorful Jodipan Tourism Village in Malang City. In accordance with the results of the Co-Production research in the Management of the Colorful Jodipan Tourism Village in Malang City, it can be said that it is not running optimally when viewed from the Co-Production indicators especially on the ability of community involvement and lack of support by the Malang City Government. The lack of capacity for community involvement is due to various factors, one of which is a lack of ability to provide ideas so that the form of participation given is only in the form of personnel assistance. In addition, the lack of support in the form of a budget by the Malang City Government is also due to various causes and factors such as the absence of regulations related to thematic villages, especially in Jodipan Tourism Village, Malang City. The advice given is to improve the quality of human resources to the support of the Malang City Government so that the management of the Colorful Jodipan Tourism Village can run optimally.
