- Accreditation is a form of assessment to a higher education institution. Accreditation is very important for a higher education institution, because getting accreditation reflects the quality of the college itself. The accreditation process is carried out by independent agency outside of universities. So to prepare themselves for undergoing the accreditation process, a dashboard system is needed which can help monitor the performance of universities before facing the accreditation process. This study aims to establish an Accreditation Management Information System application with a dashboard appearance in the web-based Muhammadiyah University of Malang. This application is developed using HTML, PHP, and Codeigniter Framework by using the MySQL storage format as a database. The development method used in system development is the Prototype development model. This application contains several user accounts to use, each user account has different functions and features, for users at the study program level, can fill in forms / files and can also see the results of information from filling out the filled-in file, at the level The faculty can see information for them to also be able to see information on study programs within the faculty, for university level they can see all the information available at the faculty and also the study program. This application has been tested and can run as expected.
