  • The condition of the machine determines the quality of a product produced by the company. Machines that do not work optimally cause disruption of the production process. The most problem that occurs in wet tissue companies is high of downtime. So far, company has only carried out corrective maintenance actions that caused of engine production capacity be reduced and production target is not achieved. Therefore, optimal care is needed which can reduce the frequency of damage. The purpose of this study is to obtain the optimum treatment time interval. In this study using the Reliability Centered Maintenance II method. This research focuses on the Volpak S-90 machine because it has the highest downtime. Based on the frequency of engine components damages, the selected component is an o-ring and a seal heater. The o-ring component and seal heater are classified as actions in the discard task schedule. Maintenance with RCM II has decreased the average downtime and cost saving.
