Daftar Isi:
- This research was conducted at the Shrimp Breeding Agency (IPU) Gelung Brackish Water Aquaculture Center (BPBAP) Situbondo, Gelung Village, Panarukan District, Situbondo Regency. The method used in this study is the experimental method using a completely randomized design. In this study there were 4 treatments and repeated 4 times. The main parameters observed were the absolute growth rate and survival (SR). Furthermore, the data were analyzed using variance analysis (ANAVA), if it had a significant effect it was carried out with the smallest real difference test (BNT) to determine the optimal treatment at the 95% level of confidence to compare the values between treatments. The results showed that the use of different natural feeds (Chaetoceros sp, Nannochloropsis sp, Chlorella sp, and Skeletonema sp) in the vaname shrimp PL-1 stage had an effect on the absolute growth rate with F. Count 19,333> of F. Table 5% (3, 49), 1% (5.95) and survival (SR) with F. Calculate 10.145> of F. Table 5% (3.49), 1% (5.95). Water quality of vaname shrimp larvae (Litopenaeus vannamei) in this study for temperatures ranging between 30.5-31.1 ̊C, pH ranged from 7.8 to 8.3, dissolved oxygen (DO) ranged from 6-7.4 mg / l, and salinity ranges from 32.7 to 34.2. The conclusion of this study is the highest absolute long growth rate of Nannochloropsis sp with a length of 3.18 mm, while the lowest absolute long growth rate is Chaetoceros sp with a length of 2.63 mm. and the highest survival (SR) is Skeletonema sp with survival of 62.22%, while the lowest survival (SR) is Nannochloropsis sp with survival rate of 48.89%.
