- The issue that PT. YMPI has is the not optimal production process in the management for rises teh demand, because production control in the management canï¿1⁄2t progress the product as much as needed in the right time until the management loosing profit therefore the order canï¿1⁄2t filled Thoeretically, the aims of this research is mathematically analize to do some improvement in the arrangement of rationscompotition, by applying Just In Time method to reduce woof production cost. First step is do some cowï¿1⁄2s need calculations of nutrition, then run model development to determine decision variable, constrain and goal function. Enter the formula of Kanban into Just In Time model program and we will have the result of rations compotition from some alternatives. Rations compotition arrangement result by using Just In Time method push system is Rp. 3.913.826.375,- even by using Just In Time method pull system is Rp. 3.985.562.875,- the difference approximately Rp. 71.736.500,- or 1,79 %
