- This study attempts to described of management drink water service. where in this study using qualitative research methods, in this study examines how the management of ready to drink water services in Malang will be linked to the Smart city concept. and examined the inhibiting factors in Management of drink water service in Malang city through prime drinking water zone program (ZAMP) as a form of smart city of Malang City. In this study take some data that is document, photos, and data-data Management of drink water service, each data will be analyzed and provide an analysis of the mechanism of management processes for drinking water services through the Prime drinking water zone program, so that the service management drinking water to can be seen. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of management drink water service in Malang City through prime drinking water zone program as a form of smart city is still experiencing obstacles. because lack of socialization and lack of awareness of the prime drinking water zone makes prime drinking water zones inadequate. So that the purpose of the prime drinking water zone which was originally to reduce bottle waste is not well achieved.
