- In an effort to improve the cultivation of seeds or seeds used today is still very simple by using a stick plant where the tool has weaknesses and less evisien in terms of time, effort and cost. So in designing tools that can work efficiently and optimally. The design method that is done is the design process either in a functional or structural. The initial method used is to identify the problems that exist in the field then analyze the problem and gather ideas to solve the problem. Then do a concept design and design analysis that takes into account every part of the tool.The frames used are modified bicycles to have the function of the process of planting corn seeds starting from making holes in the planting process of seed rationing the seeds fall into the planting hole and closing the planting hole. The tools are designed not too wide, namely the tool length 950 mm, width 560 mm, height 850. Has a spacing of 25x75 cm. The seed rationing system is adapted to the designed design using a 2 cm diameter pvc pipe that aims for corn seed to pass through the seed channel to the titanic hole smoothly. The average work capacity of the wheeled wheels is capable of punching holes in the soil with a depth of 3 to 4 cm and the seed rationers are able to fill each hole with 1 seedling corn seed.
