- One of student duty after passing study is look for work of matching with expertise owned. Most people has perception that very tightly job world of its we with area, interaction, duties from work requiring readiness of bouncing, physical, and also good psychological, ability communicates and all thing requiring is serious and special ability of This thing is because of worrying will face job(activity world that is increasingly day increasingly difficult to get work of matching with desire and expertise owned. Dread of itself is feeling uncertain experienced by someone who cans be in the form of worry, fear, restlessness, in facing job world. For minimal dread experienced by someone in facing job world, needs existence of business to increase as of ldf efficacy. As of self efficacy is height the low of a confidence of someone about the ability in facing a situation that uncertain and full of pressure. This research variable is as of self efficacy as independent variable and dread in facing job(activity world as dependent variables. Population in this research is all student D3 Polytechnic University Government of Malang. Sampling technique applied is Purposive Sampling, where sample has student characteristic is being does final duty and have never works. Validity test used formula with correlation procedure Product Moment from Karl Person. Validity index for scale as of self efficacy is 0,264-0,728. And dread scale validity index in facing job world is 0,271 – 0,769. Instrument reliability test applies technique Alpha Crombach with value Alpha for scale as of self efficacy 0,851 and value Alpha for dread scale in facing job(activity world 0,765. Research result obtained from this research indicates that there is the relation of negativity significant between as of ldves efficacy with dread in facing job(activity world at student D3 Polytechnic University Government of Malang, hence knowable assessed correlation coefficient ( r) = (- 0,410), and mistake probability ( p) = 0,000. This thing indicates that to student having as of self efficacy which is high simply has dread in facing low job world. And so do on the contrary to student having as of self efficacy which is low simply has dread in facing high job world.
