- Testing is done by using automatic putty dough machine prototype and to see percentage defect from putty dough result using millimeter block. Softwere used is MATLAB with RSM method. From the test results with the help of MATLAB softwere and RSM method obtained the lowest level of plamir defects is 17.167% with a total composition of calcium 240 grams, white cement 120 grams and 300 grams. And the highest level of disability is 81,167% with calcium composition 300 gram, white cement 120 gram and water 240 gram. From the results of Response Surface Method (RSM) can be seen that the factors that least influence and the number of defects is water. Dough using calcium and white cement a lot but using a little water will produce a very thick dough so in the application of automatic wall platen machine polishing polished results.
