One form of pollution that we often encounter today is garbage. Waste is one of the most serious issues in our environment. This problem is getting bigger as a result of the increasing use of goods that are difficult to describe by land. To reduce the impact caused by waste, it requires a good waste management process. From the problems faced, it is necessary to destroy waste machines planned to help tackle the problem of waste, especially organic waste in the settlements and the environment around the household.&#xD; In this design the designer uses the pahl and beitz method. From the results of this design produce organic waste crushing production capacity up to 20kg / hour. The source of this engine drive is a 3,01 kW electric motor with a rotation of 500 rpm. Transmission system using v-belt with a length of 1219 mm and drive shaft diameter of 30 mm, frame construction made of elbow profile, 24 knives with a length of 170 and 30 mm wide.
