- The most reliable public telecommunication technology today is fiber optic network which can deliver enormous data in high speed. MNC Play is one of Internet Service and IPTV Provider which provide service using Fiber To The Home technology. To be able to deliver service to their customer, MNC Play need a lot of asset, which devide into active asset and passive asset. This research about designing web based information system which will able to accommodate a lot of asset data for their location, port allocation dan assets maintenance process.the research use PHP for programming language, along with javascript, jquery and ajax with Mysql database.Google map API used for defining and processing assets loacation, customer location and area bounderies.For mobile access will be deliver in webapp based on android webview with enhancement. This information system will provide various information regarding field assets that will help field operation technician and technical support officer to deliver good service to customer more effective and efficient, and evaluate current network more precisely.
