- The important role of suppliers as suppliers of production raw materials makes each company must properly evaluate the performance of suppliers owned by the company itself. This study aims to evaluate the performance of suppliers of plastic seed raw materials using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. In evaluating there are several criteria used, namely Quality, Price, Service, Delivery, Flexible and Track Record and there are sub criteria in it to find out more specific supplier problems. AHP also calculates the validity of data with the tolerance limit of inconsistencies in the various selected criteria or commonly called the CR Value where previously the calculation requires determining priority weights. So that decisions can be made based on the results of questionnaires and data processing where there is also processing using Expert Choice as a comparison, namely PT. Abadi Indah gets a very good value in supplier performance evaluation.
