- In professional field scheduling is a necessity to make things run accordingly. Well made scheduling could establish effective and efficient work atmosphere. While in Togamas Bookstore scheduling is still manually created. Based on that, this study purpose to create scheduling automatically using Genetic Algorithm. On appliance Genetic algorithm will find best solution by looking for highest fitness value using genetic operator such as population, crossover, mutation, and generation. From various relevant scheduling tested that in order to produce the highest fitness value possible is by using value population parameter 10, crossover probability 0.4, mutation probability 0.6, and generation 5000. Appliances in Genetic Algorithm for solving scheduling problem has proven able to create optimal schedule.
