- Distance learning, e-learning is not confined to computer use only, with the use of its communication on mobile devices enable the development of e-learning features. By using the mobile web, e-learning applications can be accessed via mobile browsers using the Internet connection. But its use has a limitation as to the quality of the Internet connection is not stable, storage capacity, access and display screens are limited. This paper discusses how web-based applications can access internal functions on mobile devices on the Android platform and Ios. By using the program interface (API) provided by phonegap so that the mobile Web based applications can act as an intermediary phonegap native applications with which to access the system directly on the Android platform and Ios.
