  • This study aims to know the difference of perception of service quality between patient of BPJS and Non BPJS in RSUD Kanjuruhan; and To know the variables that predominantly distinguish perception of service quality which consist of physical evidence, reliability, empathy, responsiveness, and assurance between patient of BPJS and Non BPJS user in RSUD Kanjuruhan. Data dinalysis used descriptive analysis and discriminant analysis. Descriptive analysis was done by calculating the average score of respondents' answers and make the category. Discriminant analysis was used to test hypothesis with Chi Square test (χ2) and compare standardized coefficient. The result of discriminant analysis shows that there were significant difference of perception between BPJS and non BPJS participant on service quality in RSUD Kanjuruhan Malang and responsiveness variable was the dominant variable to the significant difference of perception between BPJS and non BPJS participant on service quality in RSUD Kanjuruhan Malang.
