- The Kertosono – Mojokerto toll road is planned as an alternative to overcome the escalating annual traffic volume. The traffic is dominated by large vehicles since the road is the main arterial one connecting cities. This study aimed to provide an alternative of redesigning the rigid pavement into the flexible one by using the Bina Marga method. The budget was planned through the Detailed Unit Price Analysis. The results showed that the alternative type for the toll road is the 6/2D with a width of 22 meters. In a ten year, the Laston surface will have a thickness of 13 cm, the base course will have a thickness of 20 cm, and the sub-base course will have a thickness of 35 cm. Meanwhile, the budget plan for the construction reached IDR 113.225.574.000,00.
