  • Indonesia is the fourth largest country in the world as an Arabica coffee producer. This increase in coffee consumption is not in line with the development of Arabica coffee production. This study aims to analyze internal and external factors in increasing Arabica coffee production at PTPN XII Kayumas Village, Arjasa District, Situbondo Regency and analyze strategies for increasing Arabica coffee production at PTPN XII Kayumas Village, Arjasa Subdistrict, Situbondo Regency. This research was conducted at PTPN XII Kayumas Village Arjasa Subdistrict, Situbondo Regency with consideration that in 2017 PTPN XII has experienced a decline in production which is quite drastic around 50% of the total production in 2016. The data collection method used is a field study, which means going directly to the object of research. This study uses a SWOT analysis where this analysis is used to determine the strategy of increasing production by determining internal (IFAS) and external (EFAS) factors, in the SWOT matrix to then determine the decision-making stage that aims to develop the strategies described on the SWOT matrix so that appears can be a reference to determine the strategy for increasing Arabica coffee production at PTPN XII KAYUMAS. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it is known that the results of the IFAS AND EFAS matrix show that the value of internal factors is greater than the value of external factors. The results of the SWOT analysis show that PTPN XII KAYUMAS is in quadrant I on the SWOT matrix. The strategy that is suitable for use is the SO (Strenght-Opportunities) strategy, which is by utilizing all the power to seize and take advantage of opportunities as much as possible. The strategy is to increase Arabica coffee production to meet demand, sell high quality arabica coffee, improve quality to utilize sources of funds.
