- Distribution of good products is an important thing for these products can be sent to custumer, on time and has an optimal distribution cost. Problems faced by CV. Kinarya Berkah Abadi is not planning exactly when and how much to send the product. In the demand for each type of product that is not controlled resulting in excess inventory in warehouses and agents. Another problem is the quite high cost when shipping products so that transportation costs become swollen. In this study, the DRP (Distribution Requirement Planning) approach is used so that companies can distribute products to the right amount and on time. In this study the approach of the DRP is used so that the company can distribute the product to the right amount and on time. From this study it was found that by using the proposed method, The company could obtain smaller product shipping costs.
