- The use of medicines in Indonesia is an alternative program for some to meet basic needs of health services. Compound containing secondary these saponin , flavonoid and tannin that can be used as healing wound The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the provision of the swiftness of the extract leaves a girlfriend hoofs to consume all the Lawsonia inermis l against long healing of a wound in the mice of those sayat white Rattus novergicus and to know of the concentration of the most effective in healing wounds white Rat Rattus novergicus. The study divided into 3, phase I study the extract gel girlfriend nails, to phase II and phase III Slicing mice to the .The kind of research this is true experimental research with a design research posttest control group design. The design of this study which used is a wonder of design random complete (RAL ) .Was used in the study 24 the tail of a mouse that is divided into 6 groups namely an 1 the control group negative (without treatment) being handed out , 1 the control group showed signs of positive sentiments use providone iodine and 4 the treatment group the swiftness of the extract leaves a boyfriend the nails with which used of these tests are 5 % , 10 % , 15 % and 20 % and concentration the swiftness of the ekstrak who palin effective way is ( 20 % , 15 % , 19 % , 5 % ) The research showed the gel is the extract leaves girlfriend nails on a white cure in mice with the rata-rata consentasi %: 9,22 5 , 10 %: 8,63 concentration , 15 concentration %: 7,95 %: 5,53 20 concentration , positive control: : 8,62 and control negative 11 , 01 .This research as utilized studied the biological source .
