- The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal time and costs needed to complete the construction of the Pasuruan Hatchery Building construction project Expand. The method used in this study is the Critical Path Method (CPM). The CPM method can be used to manage project time and work costs more optimally by knowing the critical path. This type of research is an applied evaluation method. The results of the research and discussion show that the optimal time in completing the Pasuruan Expand Hatchery Building project is 105 working days with a total project cost of Rp. 151,499,000.00, out of 154 project implementation times with costs incurred at Rp. 174,424,000.00.
