- The aim of this study was to determine the effect of production factors and the amount of technical, price, and economic efficiency in the production process of home industry hats in Punggul Village. The variables used in this determination are; capital, labor, and raw materials. The components used in this study are several studies that have been carried out in various regions related to technical efficiency, price, and economy. The object of this study is the cap tanga home industry in Desa Punggul and the sample of this study is the same as the population, amounting to 35 business units. The results of this study indicate that the factors of capital production and raw materials affect production while labor does not affect production. Technical efficiency of 0.99 means that the cap home industry is not technically efficient because it is smaller than 1. The efficiency of the price is 1.87 which means that the cap home industry is not yet price-efficient because it is greater than 1 and economic efficiency is 1 , 85 which means that maximum economic efficiency has not been achieved because it is greater than 1.
