- Apple cultivation is one of the largest business commodities in the city of Batu. Apples are one of the fruits that are very easy to find in sub-tropical regions. Apples can also bear fruit throughout the season. This has become one of the factors that make apple plantation business much in demand to run. Bumiaji is one of the districts in the city of Batu which has the most apple plantations. The agricultural land in this district is very large. This is evident from the large number of agricultural land available. The average citizen has land with an area of 0.25 - 1 Ha. In addition, the majority of people's livelihoods are farmers and entrepreneurs of apples. Based on this background, Bumiaji sub-district was chosen as the location for this research. The purpose of this study are as follows: a) Knowing the apple cultivation process b) Knowing the financial feasibility of apple cultivation from the financial aspect. c) Knowing the financial cost efficiency of apple cultivation. Inancial Feasibility Apple cultivation in Bumia is very feasible based on financial feasibility analysis, this is evidenced by the results of data analysis using NPV analysis, R / C Ratio, and IRR. An NPV value of Rp. Rp. 1,057,132,389 by using a discount rate of 6%. The R / C Ratio value is 1,91 or greater (>) 1. The IRR value obtained is equal to 10% or greater than (>) the prevailing bank interest rate of 6%. Based on the results of all the calculations that have been made it can be concluded that Apple Cultivation in Bumiaji is feasible to run because in this calculation it always benefits.
