- Plastic waste shredder is one solution to reduce the problem of inorganic waste. This plastic waste can be recycled by pyrolysis or melted to make other plastic products. This design was carried out to get the results of the design of plastic garbage crusher machines that can be produced with the right theory and calculation. The purpose of cutting plastic waste becomes smaller so that when the plastic waste is melted it does not take longer because the surface area of the plastic has shrunk. So that it can reduce the energy used to melt the plastic. The design stages of this machine are, determining capacity, design concepts, blade dimensions, power, rotors, shafts & bearings, static components, design drawings. In addition, this machine can also increase the selling value of the plastic waste. This design produces a plastic garbage crusher with a capacity specification of 41 kg / hour and 2 hp power.
