- Milk coder is a solution to avoid milk from contamination either it is by bacteria or uncertain temperature influenced by weather. Milk is nutrition stople food in human daily life. Therefore, this desaign conducted to obtain appropriade thery and calculation. The purpose of this design is to maintain the cold temperature and the milk content remains during the cooling process and subsequent processes. So that it is able to maintain the level of milk properties, the design stages of this machine are determining the capacity, study literature, determining refrigerant, determining the compressor, determining the condenser, determining the evapotrator, drawing the village. In addition, the machine can also keep milk in a fixed temperature. This design produces a milk cooling machine with a capacity of 2500 liters.
