- Conservation of springs at this time is very important because the water source is always used by the community for daily life, if the spring is not managed properly, the source of the spring will experience shrinkage while the natural ability to purify water naturally is very limited and takes time which is very long so that it is needed in the management of integrated and sustainable springs, for this reason the community must make efforts to conserve springs. This study describes the role of the Green SI Foundation in conserving springs, in the conservation process there are phases namely the initial phase carried out by the Green SI foundation is the role of conservation after that the middle phase of the role of conservation is carried out with the community so that in the final phase of the role conservation is able to bring environmental and socio-economic impacts as well as the role of education and the role of institutional assistance. The method in research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data obtained is through the process of observation, interviews, and documentation, in-depth interviews using 5 research subjects were selected based on the criteria of the researchers using purposive sampling method. The theory used by researchers is Julian H. Steward's Cultural Ecology Theory about the reciprocal relationship between the environment and humans,
