This research aims to know the influence of work motivation on employee performance with Islamic motivation as moderating variable in Bank Syariah Mandiri Malang branch office Soekarno Hatta. The research methods used in this paper is quantitative methods with descriptive approach. Data collection is obtained through questionnaire and interviews. This research in using scale range and Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) as the analysis tools. Based on the analysis done, work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, Islamic motivation also have a significant effect on employee performance. Islamic motivation proven to strengthen the effect of work motivation on employee performance by work motivation’s effect on employee performance’s R square value 62,9% increased by 15,6% to 78,2% after Islamic motivation is added into the motivation system.
