- This research using panel data regression analysis is a combination of time series data and cross section data. This study aims to analyze the influence of investment, labor, income per capita on poverty in East Java Province. The data used by the authors in this study are secondary data type panel data, from 2012 to 2016 obtained from the East Java Statistical Center. In this study also uses multiple regression analysis method using software E-views 9.0. The method used in this study is panel data. The results of the analysis show that the investment variable has a significant influence on poverty in East Java Province by having a negative relationship in East Java Province, the labor variable has an influence and is significant to poverty in East Java Province by having a positive relationship in East Java Province, and variables Per capita income has a significant influence on poverty in East Java Province by having a negative relationship in East Java Province.
