Analysis with this method is usually called the Least Square Dummy Variable (LSDV). This study concludes that the variables of government expenditure in the education sector have a negative and significant influence on the level of poverty, the HDI variable have a positive and significant to poverty, and GRDP have a negative and significant to the level of poverty in the Papua Province at 2012-2016.
