- Occupational Health and Safety is a program created for workers or laborers and employers as a form of prevention of accidents and diseases in the workplace due to work relationship. Milkindo Berka Abadi is a company that performs development by expanding the dairy farm dairy cattle or land that can be known by the village of milk. JSA Method (Job Safety Analysis) is an analytical technique to assess the steps of an activity and identify the sources of hazards that exist in the company from each of these steps and plan preventive actions to reduce accidents that occur in Milkindo Berka Abadi in the company that. From the results of field observations, the basic causes of work accidents that occur are divided into two factors, namely human factors that ignore and environmental factor. The first step in implementing the JSA program is using Pareto diagram calculation which aims to determine the jobs that will be analyzed so that the highest accident occurs in the enclosure area and then the next step is to use a fishbone diagram or cause and effect of diagram. Further analyzing the job that has the potential hazards of workplace accidents by using JSA (Job Safety Analysis) capable of controlling the hazard and propose improvements to the company Milkindo Berka Immortal that minimize workplace accident.
