- Adma Tahu Factory is a company engaged in the manufacture of soybean tofu. There are some work activities in carrying out moving process activities that still use manpower or are done manually. Activities that are done manually have the potential to cause accidents due to work. With the possibility that MMH activity can cause work accidents, a research is needed to analyze and find out the current work posture whether it can cause work accidents or not. There are several methods to deal with this problem by analyzing work postures including the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA). Some work attitudes used to analyze work posture with REBA are the attitude of the neck, back, arms, wrists and legs, besides that it is also influenced by the coupling factor or handrails. This study provides a solution to the problem of labor MSDs complaints. The results of the study 1 work posture with "moderate" risk level, 1 "high" work posture and 1 work posture with "very high" risk level affected by MSDs.
